Quick Setup Guide
Get your first alert configuration running in under 5 minutes.
Step 1: Create Your First Alert
Navigate to Alert Configurations
- Go to your project dashboard
- Click "Alert Configurations" in the sidebar
- Click "Create Alert"
Basic Information
Name: My First Alert Description: Monitor for high feedback volume Status: ✅ Enabled
Set Threshold
Threshold Value: 5 Time Window: 24 hours Cooldown Period: 1 hour
Choose Notification
Channels: ✅ Email Recipients: (leave empty to use your email)
Click "Create Alert"
Step 2: Test Your Alert
Your alert will now monitor for 5+ feedback items in any 24-hour period. To test:
- Check that feedback is being collected in your project
- Wait for the threshold to be met naturally, or
- Create test feedback if needed
Step 3: Verify Notifications
When the alert triggers:
- You'll receive an email notification
- The alert will show "Recently Triggered" status
- A cooldown period will prevent spam
Next Steps
Once your basic alert is working:
- Add Filters: Filter by feedback type or category
- Try Slack: Set up Slack notifications (paid plans)
- Create More Alerts: Monitor different patterns
- Adjust Thresholds: Fine-tune based on your feedback volume
Common First-Time Issues
"No alerts triggering"
- Check if you have enough feedback in your project
- Lower the threshold temporarily for testing
- Verify the alert is enabled

- Check your spam folder
- Verify your email address in account settings
